A cheap holiday abroad?

I'm looking for a week away somewhere sunny, it doesn't have to be amazing or anything, just a break for myself and the partner, somewhere sunny, in a decent 3 or 4 star hotel. Probably around June time which I know is peak season in most places but there's gotta be some good deals around. I will be flying from Cork Ireland if that helps anyones ideas?

Please please help!

Why not try Tunisia? The Phenecia Hotel in Hammamet is definitely worth a look.

iwoulddo a european cruise if i were you. they can be really cheap, and if you ever go on one, yoou'll probly think its the most fun youve had in your life. trussvilletravel.com has a transatlantic cruise you could do, though you would have to fly to miami. that was just one cruise i looked at there.... they had lots of nice one. this one though was $499 from a regular room, and then it went alltheway up to $2500 for a suite. hope this helps, and you should really try trussvilletravel.com . that cruise was 4 star by the way and ends up in london. and it was 60% off like most of the other cruises at trussvilletravel.com . amazing, take a look!!

Try Bulgaria!

Can find some well priced flights to the coast in June and is a very cheap when you get there for your spends. To make it even less expensive book your flights and accommodation seperately yourself instead of paying travel agents commission!

Protaras, Cyprus, or even Agia Napa....and no, dont believe all the hype, it really is good here, with some great bars and restaurants away from all the clubs etc. Check out The Takkas Hotel. Its simple, and fairly basic, but has all you will need, within easy reach of all the bars and restaurants, and just a short walk from all the beaches.
This hotel can be found on www.olympicholidays.com, and can be checked o n www.tripadvisor.co.uk

Hi

Try Malta - loads of good hotels - my favourite - Fortina Hotel in Sliema. They have there own Spa and also Spa bedrooms which you can upgrade to.

Enjoy.

I have to agree with Mazz 22. The Makumba in Bitez, Turkey is brilliant! Although it is only 2 * I have stayed in 4* places and not enjoyed it as much.

The Makumba is a two minute walk from beach and wonderful restaurants and Bitez is quiet and laid back. Lots of excursions can be booked at the beach (£10 for a full day boat trip with lunch included for example). If you want more night life then Gumbet is only 2 or 3km away - though you would never know as it does not impinge on Bitez at all. Bodrum is only a 10 minute Dolmus ride away.

I went to Bitez on my first trip to Turkey and was very aprehensive about what to expect. I did not expect the friendliness, great people, wonderful and amazing atmosphere. Look it up. It is brilliant!

You can consider the mystical Isle of Skye in Scotland. I have been there and I like it very much.

Check it out for more information on The Isle of Skye.
