It is a beautiful small city with a natural hot springs. The also have a charming Christmas market and a Casino (a really cool casino...you have to get dressed up just to gamble!). I want my honey to take me back for our wedding anniversary... |

Krakow in Poland or Kiev in Ukraine. Both beautiful cities with lots to do. Kiev is more difficult to get to because there are no budget flights but well worth it. |

Valencia - you can't beat it, fantastic beaches, culture, nightlife, cafes, bars, restaurants etc, very historic and futuristic at the same time, the new City of Arts & Sciences is fantastic. |

Madrid is close, the city never sleeps. Great Tapas, friendly conversation. Leave at 8pm,arrive next morning. City is walkable. Get a place near the Plaza Mayor. Take subway from airport to plaza. Don't spend more than $ 90 per night. |

Brugge, in Belgium, it is called the Venice of Belgium and it is a very beautifully town, not too far from the port of Oostende, or Zeebrugge or even Calais, and no where near as big and crowded as the big cities. |
