Everybody in the south coast are swimming :((. It is quite chilly because of heavy rains in Bursa and Marmara area generally at the moment but hopefully next week we will be able to enjoy the pools in here, too.

EDIT: The sea water temperatures are as follows: ( I felt like the weather guy for a moment :p )

well my first swim was on 1st may! i have went swimming for a few times since then cause i'm from athens, greece and the weather is so perfect all the time! and i have a lovely tan now! anyone jealous?!!

Me and swimming? You're joking.I have only 2 days for my exam and I can't imagine my life after the exam.

It is like: Before the Exam - After the Exam :D Also it rained yesterday in Istanbul, it can rain again too.

Of course.In April I went to swimming in Gallipoli.I'm a scuba diver.If I hadn't wore a special uniform,I wouldn't be writing this answer.It was cold ,I mean really COLD.but of course,In the summer turkish seas are really warm.It will be a little chilly in the early days of june but it will be perfect in july.have a nice holiday in Turkey

Swimming? So soon? You must be kidding. It's only the 8th of June and the weather is still not hot here in Cyprus. Only 30Celcius. We Cypriots will wait until it is over 35C and the sea temperature gets up to 27C so we can swim :))))))
As for south coast of Turkey, I couldn't swim there even in mid July. Come to north Cyprus in July. Sea temperature will be 28-30C and the weather 40C! And you can get a sunburn too :))))))
