I would say....
Spain (SAL is lovely it is clean, has beaches, has a theme park, and the restaurants are class) A nice Hotel would be the Costa Dorita Palace, we stayed there twice and loved it!

egypt is very nice, and cheap is march, no crazy night live, but treat you like king and queen and there are lots of historical places to visit or maybe a bit of scuba diving.
i was a bit appreensive of going there but since i have been i cant wait to return |

Malta with out a doubt.
Its like being in a home from home, or you could try Greece, Turkey or Cyprus.

Yeah, definatly try Fuerteventura. It has a lovely climate all year round. Winter months you are looking at an average high temp of 21o/C and a low of 15o/C.
Very laid pack pace of life and very friendly locals. Nice beaches, make sure to check out the sand dunes in Corralejo.
