@David H....
i gather u lead a very rich life,full of purpose and joy.i know u have alot of friends,and that u smile and spend time with them at weekends.i think ull have a kitten or puppy also,and u r so kind to animals.when ur on ur deathbed as an old man,ull think about all the times u were nice and polite and friendly on the turkish forums,and all the great friendly advice u gave everyone.i only wish i was as happy as you,and could lay to rest the fact that my girlfriend left me for a turkish guy while i was on holiday,which in turn i had to explain to my family and friends when i got back.i wish i could be so secure in myself after that humiliating event like u r,and that i could control myself enough to not constantly be an annoying little wasp,stinging at every chance i get to put anything turkish down the drain. |

Been to Turkey 3 times and have loved it! I would suggest going to the south somewhere like Marmaris as it has beautiful beaches, historical sites (castles and monuments ect), lots of restaurants selling anything from British food to Italian and Mexican plus it has lots of bars and nightclubs in certain places if you want a night out. |

turkey is ok but you have to remember that with all last minute holidays you take a chance unless you know exactly where you are going and can check out what its like in the net.
turkey is cheap the people are friendly the weather is good. the only down side we found is that they tend to hassle you to eat at thier place or shop in there shop and i got a terrible dose of food poisoning, but dont let that put you off as i have a sensitive tummy anyway lol. |

Hi
Im 17 years old
me and my family have been to turkey for the last three years
the 1st two times we went to marmaris its a very big place with all the clubs at one end of the resort and its nice and quiet at the other end
the third time we went to altinkum its smaller and quieter than marmaris with just 1 big club
to be honest the food we have had while there has been great, we have never had a bad meal while we have been there
just make sure where you go to eat has lots of people also eating in there - then you know your onto a winner!
if you have any more questions feel free to email me
have an ace holiday

Its quite a dirty place. The food is OK. 13 people were killed by terrorist bombs in the capital Istanbul, just last week, dozens more injured. Lots of interesting historic sites to see if that interests you. You can buy a carpet. This time of year it will be as hot as hell. The reason its the only place available for last minute holidays, is because people have heard about the bombs. |
