I have to agree with lil_witch; nice and evil people are found everywhere and it's hard to say we are the nicest people in Europe. I've met nice people everywhere even in countries where people are considered as blase.
I believe we are warm and friendly people, simpleminded with a certain pride and always ready to help a foreigner who appreciates the beauties of our country.
There is a rule for all travelers, which I have also experienced during my trips: you always receive what you are asking for.
I wish you enjoy your vacation in Greece if it's in your plans.

In one trip, I travelled to England, France, Spain, Italy, and Greece. I think the Greek people, in general, were the friendliest (with the Spanish a close second). I also think they had the best food. :)

I think the people of every country are nice in a special way - but I agree, in some countries the people seem to be unfriendly.
I have met only nice and hospitable greeks yet, so I would say, they are very nice.
