Hello,
Yes there are nudist beaches in Turkey. There is also Turkiesh Nudists and Naturalists Association.
And there is a cruise only for nudist people, too.
I am sure that there are in Greece, too.
Topless is just very normal topless people are everywhere they don't need a special place:)

There are nude beaches almost in every Greek island, below are some sites that might help you for Greece but in turkey i don't have a clue, but i think things are stricter there, aren't they?

As for topless, well anywhere you like, it doesn't matter.

Don't know about Turkey, I think some resorts cater to going topless and naturist but I'm not sure. Going topless is not an issue in Greece, topless swimming and sunbathing is wide spread and its not that unusual on the beaches of Greece. As for naturist officially its not allowed to just strip down to your natural bathing suit and go swimming or sunbathing in just any beach. They have resort beaches for that such as Banana Beach in Skiathos. Unofficially nude swimming is common in Greece just find a secluded beach away from populated areas and don't get caught. To play it safe the site below has listings of nude beaches in Greece.

No clue about Turkey - it sounds odd, though. In Greece it used to be very common (topless), not so much any more, especially where there are too many Greeks, but still it is not a problem (except sometimes some strange looks). Nudism is "performed" in certain beaches in certain areas. If you know where she will go, we can probably suggest places.

huh?

Why? Did you loose your top? Summer sales are on now, so buying a new bikini can't be that expensive!
Show some respect for local people, they don't go topless, so you shouldn't either!
