My goodness, I think everyplace is cheaper than England. Except perhaps St Tropez :D
Honestly, now, though - hotels in Moscow are very expensive, it's hard to find a nice, clean, reasonable place for a reasonable amount - they are all expensive. Restaurants, clubs - London prices. Relatively speaking, the metro is free of charge. Taxis are less expensive. Clothing is expensive or crappy. Art museums are cheaper.

On average maybe, but definately not moscow, moscow is the most expensive city in the world, its so ridiculous when everyone is dirt poor such a "citidel" of wealth exists as its heartland |
