Iceland. It's beautiful with friendlky english speaking locals who are tolerant and not racist.

Because of how safe it is the Police do not carry guns as routine apart from at Keflavik International airport. But that's understandable. Any country without armd airport police would be dumb and stupid.

Ironically enough it is actually normally warm in summer and is amazingly clean.

Of course there are armd offenders units. Known as the Viking Squad.

Also understandable. But apart from on polar bears they are not used.

It's pricey but not like their neighbours.

Take advantage of the credit crash. Everything's cheaper there now. I shall!!!!

Winter has the aurora so if that's your cup of tea we might run into eachother. I love it. I lived there.

Culture there is amazing.

The people are very pro-UK because we protected them in WW2.

They are pro-US now also because the USA protects them.

I chose Iceland over the very beautiful south africa because you said europe when you chose your category.

If outside europe then i recommend south africa.

Although slightly dangerous it is beautiful.

Nobody dislikes it.

I would suggest starting anywhere in the Med, there are some beautiful countries there Italy, Spain, Greece, but each are unique but with that distinct Mediterranean feel and warmth another wonderful country is Norway- it's beautiful but pricey, hope you have a great time wherever you decide, if you want any info on any specific place drop me a line, I have been in the travel business for a number of years, just depends what you want to experience, bon voyage

Scotland. It's beautiful. Edinburgh has the nicest old town and castle. Check out the Royal Mile (street), tuns of little shops.Also, the Globetrotters is great hostel to stay at, I stayed there for abut a week. (it's right on the ocean)
