Can't gowrong with Amsterdam I went in Novemer too It was great. Try Ireland also. But you have to give props to the Dam and I've been to prety much every country over there. |

I think most european countries would be amazing to visit in November, in the North places are beginning to turn cold, and in the south places are still warm but not too hot like in summer, but it depends on what type of weather you like. |

Iceland has to be one of the most amazing places to visit, great in the winter for that juxtoposition of snow/ice against thermal pools and lava fields.
Slovenia is pretty good too, beautiful country, lots of mountains to ski on, and not to touristy (yet). |
