I just don't want to be over the top, but I want to express myself too. Are people going to 'tsk, tsk, tsk' me? Oh Ä° hope not. I can't stand when they do that. |

When I go to Istanbul, I see young ladies in cafes or shopping malls or some rock bars with weird or lets say, unusual hairstyles and hair colors, and those ladies I'm talking about are Turks. So no problem. |

It depends where in Turkey you are and also how you dress and behave.
In Bodrum, upmarket Izmir and Istanbul etc you'll be fine. A lot of Turkish university students dye their hair weird colours, have tattoos and piercings etc.
I wouldn't try it in Konya or Malatya though!!
You will, however attract attention which you might find unwelcome. It's up to you! How important is it to you that you express yourself? |

you will probably be weird. but anywhere in the world, it is going to be weird. you can dye bottom edges of your hair or dye a few lines vertically, but i suggest not to dye all of your hair.
p.s: red dye with the way i described looks very good on black hair. i love it! |

In my experience, if you dye your hair blonde they will love it, but pink or purple - no way. LOL :) |
