I dont know about Turkey, but I am swedish, and have worked an ceveral stores in sweden, and none of them accepted euro. The only place in sweden that i would say accept euro would be Haparanda, on the border to finland who have euro, so if you're going there, you're all set ;) hehe. |

I was in Sweden in March of this year, and they certainly do not accept the euro, only their own currency, the krona. I'm not sure about Turkey, but I'd imagine it's the same there - they wouldn't accept the euro. |

1 Corona Svedese = 0.145749 Dollari
1 Dollaro= 1.31610 Lira turca
1 Lira turca (TRY) = 0.75982 Dollari |

While both countries still have currencies of their own, both gladly accept Euros............
1 Swedish krona = 0.145749 U.S. dollars
1 US Dollar = 1.31610 Turkish New Lira
1 Turkish New Lira (TRY) = 0.75982 US Dollar (USD) |

believe me..Turkey will take any currency...pounds, euros, dollars..they prefer that to their own currency..not sure about Sweden though. |

You can in most parts of both, but not everywhere in Turkey plus the exchange works out better if you use Lira. Also Sweden will accept the euro as it is part of the EU. Many parts of europe are still putting their currency systems into place and have a dual currency system. |
