Not sure why you emphasize your sexual orientation.
If you are looking for a place where you can display publicly affection then I would say go to Mykonos.
Otherwise any place is fine for women vacationing solo

The fact that you're homosexual doesn't mean that you won't have a good time in greece, anywhere you'd choose. Greeks are generally hospitable.
As for Lesvos there's a myth about Sappho the Lesvian, the famous lyric poet, that she was also homosexual. There's not enough proof about this theory though. The only testimony about Sappho's life is her (ambiguous) poems. There is also an ancient legend that says that Sappho killed herself because of her love for a man. So, there's not anything in Lesvos, neither the water, nor the air, that turns on the Lesbians.
However, there is good Lesvian food (the sardines of Kalloni, Lesvos, are famous for their good taste) and the most reputed ouzo of all Greece. Ouzo would definitely make you feel hot, no matter which your sexual orientation is!

Lesvos,is not an island for lesbians!Dont let its name to fool you lol,its called Mytilini too.You might feel comfortable in Myconos though,and maybe ios too.

Lesvos is a fabulous island and you will have a great time.

Mykonos Island is also lovely and is famous for it's gay population and fantastic nightlife. It all depends on what you're looking for.

Depends what you want - Molyvos is very pretty but quiet in the evenings (it is in June anyway). Skala Ererros Spelling?) is the traditional place for lesbians - it's where Sappho wrote her poetry. There's a lovely beach there. The capital - can't remember the name - looked pretty grim when we drove through it.
