I should probably be hiding my head rather than answering this question cause Ireland came last. Although I didnt like our song when I heard it first, it did grow on me and when I heard her singing it on the night I thought her voice was not strong enough to carry it off.
The winning song was very powerful and I did think it was very good although I didnt understand the words. In all honesty it would seem all the eastern block voted for their neighbours on the whole as some of the songs that came very high in the ratings I thought were awful. This is why I wont be watching the eurovision next year.
My favourite song would probably be from 'Finland', the english commentator found her scary but it definitely caught my eye as being good.
Congratulations!!! Serbia. |

Yes Maria is very good singer. I just wanna say that I was disappointed because Cyprus didn't enter in final, because I liked their song very much. I didn't liked Greece this year, it was surprising because Greece is standard good every year but this time it was disaster. |

It sounded as if it came right out of a Celine Dion album. The singer's voice was powerful, the composition was allright, but it wasn't original. The nicest ones were the songs of Belarus, Greece and Turkey. I am not a Kenan Dogulu fan, but I liked his song and performance.
Having said all these, if I voted, which I didnot, I would vote for Ukraine. The ending gesture was the ultimate answer to the current voting system, where country cliques vote for each other. |

Not very much.
Turkey or Moldova could be the winner. |

Never heard of it |

NO!
I as rooting for the Ukraine - their entry was at least noteable, and I found Serbia's entry to be as dull as dishwater.
But there weren't a lot of stand-out acts, and certainly no Lordi-esque ones. |

Results are wierd as well as eurovision is... miserable |

Nope.
I didn't like Serbia's song (and the singer, she was so wierd) at all.
My favorite was Kenan Dogulu 'Shake it up shekerim'. Kenan is the best. |
