Oh come on people, dont tell me after 10 years of marriage ur not going to be intrigued by other people (to the person who got mad that the guy did some meaningless flirting on a completely harmless platform like YA).....he didn't say he doesn't love his wife or that she is bad....in fact he mentioned some of her skills which most of us know, Turkish ladies love to boast about their exceptional cooking and cleaning skills...the guy is probably a little frustrated with the decibel level of her "requests"....lol :)))

As a Turkish speaking female who can be quite vocal myself...(I do recall a bunch of Asian girls at a Janet Jackson concert complaining to me at the end that they lost their hearing altogether as they stood next 2 me for 2.5 hrs and that I should definitely put my falsetto to some good use !!! :)))) )
I can say sometimes I feel sorry 4 the ppl that have 2 deal with my mood swings....but it works both ways....I am usually surrounded by ppl who, if I dont put them straight about something, it gets into their head that they are in control of me - u know.... "$imarmak?"(spoilt) ....they want to take advantage of my docile feminine side I guess, so sometimes this vigilant lioness emerges in a bid to protect ones self.

It seems like a generalisation labelling all Turkish females as loud... although, we can note how Japanese women...tend to be a more quiet kind of lady....there has to be some kind of cultural explanation in some regards.....dont u think?

As long as men claim power in general in every aspect of life, women will use their vocal powers at home when they have to wash stinky socks and gym gear and cook a dish with specifications to th male taste and work outside of the home, bring home an income and on top of that entertain guests on weekends as well as taking care of children (if is the case) All of it gets a bit much, especially when the woman can't find time to just spend some time alone with ones self indulging in some "me" time....

F4614 LoL I couldnt remember ur numbers...Asker, maybe u should take her out and romance her wishes some....u may be surprised she may turn into a kitten for a few days :)

I don't know about Turkish women but Africans, especially men, shout. This is so no one thinks they are talking about them, its just how they were taught. Why not ask her ?

You are generalizing. We don't all shout. It must be you who is getting her mad so she shouts at you :))

Earthling
No, it's not normal. Is it not written in the warranty? Maybe, you should return her.

Now seriously:
Couldn't agree more with Trotsky. I'd be extremely mad if my husband posted this question.

You know, if I had a husband who posted a question about my shoutings in a travel section, realizing it after 10 years of marriage, I think I'd be performing my very own opera in the house. Besides you put it as if she is some product you picked up from a store, you know, filling out a form on the overall performance of the product, "It's good at this and this, but it makes so much noise" lol.

bla bla
Whereas you are the 'perfect' man... (aka sitting in his chair with slippers on, remote control in one hand and waiting to be served with the other one)?

I would probably shout a lot in which case as well :0)

I've been to several arabic countries and know a lot of turkish women and they are all very nice and friendly.
Well, they do shout but not in a mean way or something. They just like to criticize.

It's an arabic attitude..

Tamara
Pay attention ! When you pull the "selective hearing" thing on her like I only hear what I want to hear(widely spread with the species man).Than the natural of any human reaction kicks in.
For example; talk to a person that suffers from loss of hearing. What do you do ???
You yell, that's right!
See it wasn't that hard to figure out ,was it!?

Sbh
It's nothing to do with being Turkish, I would shout at you too for spending so much time on here asking stupid questions!
You are obssessed!
And I doubt any of your questions as you asked in 2 different catergories about how to meet Turkish girls only 2 weeks ago!

Sally C
lol, well,as long as she is good at cleaning and cooking, surely you can put up with a bit of shouting...
