I am a foreign guy living in Turkey (from California). I hang out also with various other foreign guys from different parts of Europe. Unfortunately, I can't say that being foreign really helps you in Turkey. Actually, many girls are afraid to date foreign guys (maybe because their families won't approve?).
I've seen a few cases where some shallow girls like foreign guys because they imagine they will be rich. But, this is rare. In most cases, Turks prefer other Turks, it seems.
On the plus side, the foreign people here tend to stick together. You will have a good chance at dating girls from other foreign countries. There are many beautiful girls living in Turkey from all over the world. Many tend to prefer dating foreign guys over Turks. |

No, not really. There is this gorgeous Finnish guy at school, he is an exchange student and he hangs out all alone most of the time so he does not seem to spark the interest of the girls in particular. But then again, he is a bit dull.
It has nothing to do with your nationality no girl would be interested in you if you are a moron who knows to talk of nothing but the weather just because you are a foreigner. If girls love you in your home country, they will love you in Turkey too.

Well, I heard from my friend that Swedish guys are extremely cute. But they say british guys are lame. (not personal experince) :)))
For me, I was kinda dissapointed when I moved to U.S., but it is still cool to have light blonde hair in Turkey because people with blonde hair always have dark blonde... |
