people do blame other people because they dont want to except the mistakes they make in their own lives this is to cover up what they really feel about themselves,so they take it out on other people, this is easier than admitting it to oneself. I suppose you just call it human nature.

Some people do, definitely. In certain situations the blame needs to be on laid at the right persons feet otherwise who would we ever know who to believe. Sadly many of the public figures we should be able to trust let us down with their lies and stupidity.
