We speak French in the so called Wallonie- aka the half southern part of BE and Dutch aka Flemish in the half Northern part called Flanders..
They also speak German in he regions close to the Germany border... so OUI! we do speak French

In Brussels and some other nearby cities , yes. In some areas though they speak either Dutch or Flemish.

In the western half they do; the eastern half speaks Flemish (related to German).

Yes they speak "French" in Belgium
The well educated people speaks 3 languages in Belgium:
Dutch (North) French(south) and as 2nd language at school
English. A smaler part speak German on the border with Germany.
In the most populated town like Antwerp(en) most people speak a little bit French and English. In Brussels (the capital)
they speak less english but Dutch(Flemish) and French(some speaks Wallon).
