Yes I do, but it means also acknowledging their evil counterpart - the Devil. And andreas here showed real understanding of the nature of angels. People are often delusional that it's enough to believe there are angels, never questioning themselves if they deserve one above their heads. Angels are there for the pure in spirit, not for the wrong doers. As andreas said, once you've sinned - your angel will leave you, until you admit and repent it. That is the only way for the soul if it strives for peace and rest in God's embrace. We're all of us sinful, except little children probably.

Yes....When i was young they used to tell me that there is an angel for each of us, that protects us against all evils..
If we sin and get away from God, then the angel will leave us and we'd be unprotected and miserable (until we confess our sins and regret)...i believe it....If you think about it, you'll realize that its true...and an angel is not a blonde chick with wigs and a white dress...its a spirit that serves God..
all the figures in Christianity symbolize something, and its up to us to understand the meaning...Its very selfish not to try

I once read that when an angel visits you it leaves a white feather behind. Twice I have found white feathers in my house for no apparent reason. It got me thinking that maybe someone had been to visit me. It would be nice if were true.

Last summer I did see two of them in Athens, near the Kolonaki district. And a few of them five or six I think in Lefkada, in their thongs with a great tan. Yummy!
