One day I was sitting with a Bosniac friend and I asked him the same question.
He immediately knelt down before me and said "We can never be so great as the glorious Turkish nation, never!.."
But we'll be honored if you call us brothers.."
and he burst into tears.
Gee, what a scene it was. Then I consoled him and said "God bless you bro.."
Since then all trolls went mad and they constantly ask the same stupid questions over and over again.
Are you one of them?
Pls see the link below to see if you can answer and question so perfectly as that BA: |

You mean Bosniacs - Bosnian Muslims, not Bosnia.
So, what did Turkey do for Bosnia?
It supported a ridiculous war in which 60,000 Bosniacs died.
What did Bosniacs gain from that war?
They managed to keep Bosnian Serbs in Bosnia. Wtf.
The key question is why didn't Bosniacs allow Serbs the same self determination they were given by Germany and USA when they broke the constitution. Why was the war necessary? Bosnia would have been a clean Muslim state. Right now Bosnia is just a ridiculous country.

i am a turk. i think yes brothership even doesnt explain the words exactly.
there re many bosnian people in turkey as well respected ctizens.
I am not a Bosnian. Bosnia is not my country Bosnia is Bosnian's but i can die for bosnia. It has emotional meaning for many turkish residents. We have also have bitter memories about our some million grandads slaughtered in Balkan.
Some tons of crushed bone sold to British as a fertilizer for farm from balkan before the beggining of WWI.
Bosnians suffered most before the cruel eyes of the world. European country did nothing to save them. They prohibited them to get armed to save their lifes. They helped Serbian butcher army. Dutch army did nothing to save the willage they were responsible for and let many Bosnian to die. What a shame that they welcomed Serbian butcher arm. It is ironic that they get honoured with medallion. |

I was a little boy when there was war in Jugoslavia...
I can remember one day of that war like it happened yesterday. When i came from school, i saw my father, my mother crying. I can remember which channel we were watching and which anchorman was on TV. So clear.
We got so sad about what happened in Bosnia.
We have so many Turkish citizens of Bosnian origin too. That's another side.
But war is over. New generations are growing. Because of that, I prefer peace between those Balkan countries instead of a war. I just want Bosnians, Serbians, Croatians live in peace and get closer to eachother...
And of course getting closer depends on the free-will of the citizens of those countries. If some people still have so much hate in their selves, i can understand that...Because that war was really really a bad war. |

I know only of South Korea which is called a brother country in Turkey. They say the same about Turkey.
This has something to do with the brave Turkish soldiers who fought and died in the Korean War. You might have seen the giant Turkish flag in World Cup 2002 made by the Koreans and the scenes of brotherhood between the players of both teams after the game for the 3rd place.
Other countries are friends, neighbors etc. |

I recently talked to their prime-minister and he said "call me any time you like.. Our girls always like your style. Pls come to our country and satisfy our girls because no one can do it like a real Turkish man!"
I said OK and do the necessary. They like me like a brother.
