One day I was sitting with a Bulgarian friend and I asked him the same question.

He immediately knelt down before me and said "We can never be so great as the glorious Turkish nation, never!.."
But we'll be honored if you call us brothers.."
and he burst into tears.

Gee, what a scene it was. Then I consoled him and said "God bless you bro.."

Since then all trolls went mad and they constantly ask the same stupid questions over and over again.
Are you one of them?

Pls see the link below to see if you can answer and question so perfectly as that BA:

Tolga,,,,

Thanks for asking.

Note: i know my teet doesnt give me good impression. plese judge me as how i am not as how i seem to be.

I see no reason for that not to happen.

We are children of the same lands. Wars and imperialist powers may have driven us apart, but that doesn't necessarily have to determine our future.

The real question is, would EU and Russia allow us to be brothers? Or would they start a new war for their own benefit?

Asianmale
depends on what brother countries mean

TurkoCat... Stop to spread lies about Bulgaria and Bulgarians.

As for Bulgarian current economy, I can say that Bulgaria was former communist country.

Also Bulgaria together with Greece and the rest Balkan states was under Turkish occupation more than 400 years.
Also Bulgaria, Greece and the rest Balkans participated into second world war.

So they have many excuses.

Turkey never was occupied by noone, and never was communist country, and never participated into second world war.

What's your excuses for the current Turkey ???

No.

I have checked the information sources on that matter and found out the following:
1- Zimbabwe and New Guinea are brother countries
on the other hand

2- Vanuatu and Djibouti are sister countries
but

3- North Korea refuses to to be the brother of South Korea

Bix
I know only of South Korea which is called a brother country in Turkey. They say the same about Turkey.

This has something to do with the brave Turkish soldiers who fought and died in the Korean War. You might have seen the giant Turkish flag in World Cup 2002 made by the Koreans and the scenes of brotherhood between the players of both teams after the game for the 3rd place.

Other countries are friends, neighbors etc.

Don't forget to ask the same question about Antigua, Aruba, Andorra and Liechtenstein. My answer will always be the same.

Thanks for the 2 points.

Recently another guy asked a question just like that...
same type of sick logic, same type of stupid deduction, same type of prejudice and all..
That asker too was kinda missing something in the head, you know
(So much of a resemblance that I could swear it was YOU under another name)

A clever friend of ours gave just the right answer to that question and the members of the community voted it for the BEST ANSWER.

I guess THAT answer goes for your question too
Just check the links below and see it for yourself

Your miserable and ridiculous trolling efforts aside,
the inherently wrong and vehemently misleading postulate of your question render us no chance for giving you a proper reply

but only leave us with the sole option to think that you're posing this meaningless question just to spread a baseless hatred

Elisheva
Except maybe the muslim minority in Bulgaria.

I don't think so any native (original) Bulgarian to feel Turkey as brother country.

(honestly)

Negative.

Bulgaria is a poor country.

Bulgarians are Turks but turned Christian.

They dont want to admit this,as they (Bulgars) are cowards and traitors to thier own blood.
