Most Belgians I know speak at least two or three languages fluently. I don't think that anyone who can switch easily and confidently between different ways of speaking and thinking is stupid! |

Please refrain form using double negatives, surely ones who, "..don't speak no lingo" must be , using your own venacular, speaking some lingo.
Also, may I add that your question suggests a lack of knowledge, re: the English language.
Perhaps you could return to school to be taught how to speak correctly, Belgium would be an ideal starting place, as they appear to have a better grasp on the language than you.

Most of the people in Belgium speaks 2 languages (Dutch and French). Many people speaks even English, German, Spanish, ...
So I suppose they are not stupid.

Not exactly sure what "belguim people" are. Do you mean Belgians?
And lingo? I don't know. there are two official LANGUAGES, there, and, to my knowledge, most people speak at least one of them, and generally at least one or two others, often including English. |
