Do you think they will find the missing girl in Portugal?

oh I am absolutely strained by the thought of that missing little girl. My stomach feels like a lump of lead when I hear about her.
When I first read about her disappearance I wanted to rush to Portugal and search for her, you know hunches etc, gut reaction to follow, but I dont have the money to search for her.
This is a job I want to do, finding missing chidren.

It must be such a nightmare for her Parents, I have prayed everyday since it happened she will be found alive, but sadly that window is closing and I fear the worst has happened!

I Hope the person or people who did this rot in hell , evil bastards!

I really pray that they do. I can't imagine what her parents are going through - imagine the guilt they must feel as well? This is probably the worst case scenario when you imagine what could happen if you leave your children alone when you go out...

We live in hope, but right now the hope is wearing thin,heartbreaking,I know all we can do is hope and pray she turns up alive and well, I would not like any parent to be going through what they are right now,and all the family. I am a grown man and it breaks me to the core that some one could do this horrible deed.and put people through so much misery and pain.

I HOPE THEY DO FIND HER... I ACTUALLY DONT KNOW... I FELT REALLY SAD WHEN I SAW HER PARENTS CRYING ON TV...

Note to Golden Girl.....Probably not the best time/place to be asking about the Portuguese nitelife. It sounds like you are saying 'yeah yeah, probably not, shes only 3...SO, anyway what are the bars like???

I just heard about that. They think she may have been abducted by a paedophile ring, lets hope and pray that they find her, it is truely awful. Why are there so many sickos in the world?

Its every parents worst nightmare to have a child abducted everyone feels so sad and send heartfelt well wishes to help the parents keep strong and offering support in there time of need. I hope they find her soon unharmed. Are thoughts and prayers are with her and the whole family.

Nobody can answer that. Let's just hope they will, and let's hope that any other kid that dissapears here in Portugal, being Portuguese or not, could deserve the same kind of attention this little girl is having, because children and adults dissappear everyday, and families have to beg even the police for some attention.

I sincerely hope that they do, safe and alive, however, as each day goes by, I think it will be less likely that she will be found safe and alive, remember the Ben Needham case back in Greece years ago, he was never found, poor chap. I can't imagine how Maddy's family, especially the parents, can be feeling, they must feel terrible and regret leaving the children alone, but we cannot criticise them, they obviously thought they'd be safe and I'm sure they thought long and hard about that before they made that fateful decision. I just hope that the Police get to Maddy before any harm is caused to her, I just really really hope she's okay, poor little mite, goodness knows what's going through her little mind right now, bless her, pray she's alright.

I still have hope! In my idea, she has been abducted by a foreign couple (British, it seems) and they will try to sell her for pedophiles or adoption. But I think sooner or later she's be recognized and rescued. Or, the prize money will talk more loudly.
A great lesson for parents. I was extremely careful when my kids were small - one never knows what may happen. Letting them alone was an invitation to tragedy.

I really hope they do but who knows. The thing is she is only 3 so proberly does not understand what is going on whereas if it was an adult you would try and think of a way to escape or call the police. Im going to Portugal soon if you have been or have heard about it can you tell me what the nightlife is like, (music etc) xxxx

Sadly that's what happens when parents leave children on their own. I hope they get imprisoned.
