Not live, but I'd love to visit. It seems kind of rough and tough, expensive, cold, but fascinating and invincible.

I used to live in Moscow, and I loved it there. Cold? That's relative to each individual. Generally speaking, Moscow isn't terribly cold when compared to other cities and regions of Russia. Even if at first you do find it cold, eventually you'd adjust. Supposedly it's such an extremely expensive city, but I lived there comfortably, earning a typical Russian salary at the time - I wasn't one of those rich, shnazzy ex-pats.

It's a big city, with a lot of hustle and bustle. It's comparable to New York City in certain aspects, whereas St. Petersburg is more like Boston. I personally like huge cities, so Moscow fit the bill for me perfectly, although to be honest I lived nearly all my time in Russia in St. Petersburg with my wife who was an university student there.
