its at the eastern end of Turkey's Mediterranean coast. The climate is pretty nice in the winter, but in summer very hot. it resembles nearby Adana.
Incirlik has a Air Base is a joint Turkish-American military facility near Adana. Even though I've been there, I can't tell you much about it. My stay was a short one and happened a long time ago
Incirlik airbase has been there for a long time, having been a major US facility during the Cold War in the 1960s and presumably even the 1950s.
If you're going to Incirlik, presumably you'll need no itinerary planning assistance from Uncle Sam your travel agent.
