Yes, I'm portuguese and i know some hotels. Go to this site:
http://www.booking.com/index - it's very good! there you can choose the stars you want (in this way, you choose the hotel with the price that you are made use to pay).
when you will have there (in site), choose you mother-tongue (you go to see flags of some countries there), it becomes more easy for you to understand.
Good luck!! peace...

PS: sorry for any mistakes, I dont write english very well, 'cause I'm portuguese

There are so many, it really depends on the price your willing to pay.
Check the link below for more information.

Hope you enjoy my country!!

Below a link of the hotel where I stayed. I can recommend it, its not too expensive, own bathroom, clean, simple but good breakfast and you are very near public transport. We paid €10 for a taxi from the airport to this hotel, which is not bad either I thought.

If you want a small and cheep B&B this one is very central in Rossio: http://www.pensaogeres.com/rooms-pt.html

If you want a charm hotel stay at Solar do Castelo, it's awesome:

You can stay in Sana Malhoa.

It's a good one, new, and not expensive.

Just ask in Tourist office. They have lists of small establishments, usually one or two floors in an apartment building, adequate rooms priced 30 to 50 Euro.

just make sure the hotel offers baby sitting - and use it.
