Yes in fact I do. I have been speaking Turkish since I was 1 year old. I learned it from my parents of course. It is my 'mother tongue'.

Yes, most of the people here in Turkey section know Turkish as they're Turks.

Yes, I believe I speak it perfectly. I'm glad I'm a native. I think it's hard to learn and pronounce Turkish. (tho it depends on the linguistic abilities of the learner.)
