Leave it be! Why do you feel you have to take a piece??..if everyone did, there wouldnt be a Parthenon left. Are you that selfish? Its a national treasure and an international wonder. Not sure, but it probably is also under some UN designation. Ethically, its wrong, and you might even end up getting in a helluva lot of trouble and chucked in jail. So hope your memories and pics are enough, mate. And anyway, you might get haunted down by Apollo or one of his godly friends.. |

It is illegal to take anything, even a random stone, out of an archaeological site in Greece. So basically you are not allowed to even touch anything, let alone take it with you! |
