Your eyes may be baby blue but your eyesight is terrible; there are very few palm trees in Turkey.
On the other hand, there are quite a few where I live, how did Louisiana get to be in the Middle East? |

Most of the Mediterranean region is composed of terra-rossa (red soil).
Thus we can say that Turkey is from Mars... |

Well, unfortunately, there are not many palm trees in Turkey. But doesn't a nice feeling of tropics and summer arise in you when you see a palm tree. I just love looking at them, they make me feel so much at ease.
Did you know that the coconut palm tree is also called
'The Tree of Life'
The scientific name for coconut is Cocos nucifera. Early Spanish explorers called it coco, which means "monkey face" because the three indentations (eyes) on the hairy nut resembles the head and face of a monkey. Nucifera means "nut-bearing."
The coconut provides a nutritious source of meat, juice, milk, and oil that has fed and nourished populations around the world for generations. On many islands coconut is a staple in the diet and provides the majority of the food eaten. Nearly one third of the world's population depends on coconut to some degree for their food and their economy. Among these cultures the coconut has a long and respected history.
Coconut is highly nutritious and rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. It is classified as a "functional food" because it provides many health benefits beyond its nutritional content. Coconut oil is of special interest because it possesses healing properties far beyond that of any other dietary oil and is extensively used in traditional medicine among Asian and Pacific populations. Pacific Islanders consider coconut oil to be the cure for all illness. The coconut palm is so highly valued by them as both a source of food and medicine that it is called "The Tree of Life." Only recently has modern medical science unlocked the secrets to coconut's amazing healing powers. |

Don't worry about the palm trees and stuff. It's a fact that you have natural blond hair 'n blue eyes. This is more important.

Hawaii, Brazil, Italy, Spain, California, Flordia. etc. etc. all have a lot of Palm Trees.
But, a tree doesn't prove anything... maybe look at a map... that might help you figure out where Turkey is. |

Does the fact that you have naturally blonde hair and baby blue eyes mean you are more retarded than a monkey born to a crack addicted mother? Oh wait, no it doesn't because I have naturally blonde hair and baby blue eyes that are probably prettier than yours and I'm smart enough to know the answer to this question. |

What's really middle eastern in Turkey in not its landscape but the general characteric of its people (hospitality of nomads, priority of feelings over reason, irrationality, fiery passion and aggression), their culture and their beliefs. |
