Well no countries are governed by the Euro. The EU is not a government. The Euro currency is used in 15 countries within the EU (not the UK, Denmark or Sweden) while not in the Eurozone Andorra, Montenegro and Kosovo also use the Euro. Other countries such as Croatia and Serbia will accept the Euro for road tolls, fuel and other things. The Euro is going from strength to strength and the UK will see the pound sinking out of sight. |

No country is 'governed' by the Euro. Governments govern countries not currencies. Most members of the EU have sensibly adpoted the Euro as their common currency. Only the UK Sweden and Denmark have opted out. Some of the newer members have not yet qualified for the Euro yet. |

Smile these countries have officially introduced the EURO:
Germany, France, Finland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Malta, Slovenia, Cyprus, Austria,Cyprus
Also using the EURO: Vatican City, Monaco, Montenegro, Kosovo, Andorra,San Marino
All other Eurpean countries have not introduced the EURO; many countries want to intoduce the EURO though. |

UK, Sweden, Danemark, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Hungary ,Lithuania, Latvia, Esthonia, Tzech Republic, Slovakia are NOT in the EUROZONE.

Britain, Denmark and Finland are in the Eurozone. As far as I know, the Cezch Republic, Slovakia and Hungary are not in it yet, but will be. |
