Because property may be cheap in one place and the cost of living not following.
Except for Bulgaria, I don't think there are other places, and I wouldn't say Montenegro is one of them. Cost of living is lower as compared to other vacation spots, but property isn't. There's an increase in demand and it's pumped the real estate prices up. |

Prague in the Czech Republic. I'm not sure what house prices are like but the cost of living is very cheap. It is also one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It is a very up and coming city. I have been living her for just over a year and I love it! |
