Well, I live in neither. However, I will speak for some advantages I think would exist in Britain, assuming you are bilingual and can speak French fluently.
Pros:
- The British are funnier. Pretty good comedy = better T.V.
- The British have put out some of the greatest bands ever. Great music.
- They seem generally less rude than the French
- They also seem funner to drink with
- I find their history to be more interesting than the French.
Cons:
- Food sucks
- Weather sucks
- You have to obtain a T.V. license
Also, I think France gets more days off work.
Ha - The problem with France is it's full of Frenchmen. If we can't force them out we'll breed them out. I grant prima noctes to lickmeidareyou. First night when any common girl inhabiting France is married. |

One speaks french and the other some sort of english - lol
One has good food and the other has stuff to eat.
One surrenders to any conflict and the other can actually win one |

The problem with France is the French, although it is a beautiful country. Britain may be too densely populated for someone used to the wide open spaces but the people are friendly and have a genuine fondness for Canadians. |

I am English born and bred was educated here to degree level which I am still paying for, the education was student led throughout if you didn't want to learn you could quite easily slip through the system. Employment is bad unemployment worse than it has been since the 1930s. housing is rediculously expensive a small 2 bed property in a city will set you back upto £250,000, petrol prices are through the roof £1.25 per litre or £6.25 per gallon (about $12:00) but don't let that put you off. |

Britain is Green (colder and wetter). France is warmer.
Wine is cheaper in France. The beer is better in Britain.
France is cheaper in the short term, but you have to pay for your health care.
France has more bank holidays and closes for August.
France is less densly populated. France has a rail network that works. (Britains is crumbling). |
