Gdansk, Wroclaw or Poznan?

Which one of these three cities do you suggest for a weekend visit?

All three are pretty great. You won't regret choosing any of them. Personally, I think I would choose Gdansk, but I'm partial to the seashore. My second choice would be Wroclaw. Poznan is nice, but there's not as much to do/see for people who are just visiting.

Wrocław or Gdańsk, but for the latter, being a city on the sea coast, a warmer weather is preferable.

Wroclaw

Wrocław (or Breslau) is one of Poland's most beautiful cities with splendid historic buildings. It is also a busy cultural centre. Thus, the city has a lot to offer to tourists. There is a wide choice of tourist attractions to choose from.
While in Wrocław, one has to see the Market Square with its brilliantly painted buildings around and the eye-catching Gothic Town Hall. The other tourist attraction not to be missed is the impressive complex of religious architecture on Cathedral Island. They have been described in detail in the Sightseeing the Old Town section. Thus, other top city attractions are listed below:

Wrocław — picturesquely situated on 12 islands connected by 112 bridges — is often referred to as "Lower Silesian Venice." Before World War II within the city boundaries there were as many as 303 bridges and footbridges. Nowadays taking into account modern criteria i.e. all the river bridges, canal bridges, footbridges over the railway tracks and the streets, there are about 220 of them.

To tell the truth I would suggest Krakow as the first polish city to visit. From the three you mentioned, Gdansk is a great choice.
