I currently live I Atlanta, Georgia. The only thing Georgia (USA) has to defend is it's #1 ranking in collegiate football polls while simultaneously playing in the SEC, the toughest college football conference in the country.
To further answer you're question, yes, armies bomb the suburbs and, judging by your question, I think you might have already gotten "bombed." If you are asking if Long Island is an international nuclear target, probably not, but NYC and Groton, CT probably are. You'll be completely safe for at least 2 hours in the event of a full scale nuclear attack. |
