I wouldn't care if he was Greek, Russian, Zimbabwean or an Eskimo if he is a good man with love and respect in his heart.

I believe it would be easier to fall in love with a Greek from most of all since- although some Greeks and Turks don't like to admit it but we have a lot of things in common and it is not just the food :)

Besides, love knows no nationality and has no religion.

- OK, I admit; that last sentence was a bit cheesy :) -

ErAs
i have a cousin married with a Greek girl and they are the perfect couple i have ever seen.

personally, i think the love will overcome all problems which in fact never belonged to this generation.

Crazy Turkish Guy
If I love her, why not??? One of my Turkish friends is married to a Greek girl and they are very happy...I met her family and they are all very nice, loving, caring people...They don't dwell over the past, instead they focus on their prosperous future..I like one of the Greek girls I met there actually, she was very pretty and nice....So yeah, I don't care about the past, If I love a girl and deeply care about her and receive the same in return, I'm marrying her without a doubt!!!!!

Love,Peace and Happiness to us all........

amy.
i am not turkish.
but i think that love can happen no matter what nationality/religion the people are.
i agree with ipek 100% :)

What else can I add to Ipek's answer?

edit : Yes, it's true that Greeks and Turks have many things in common (other than food).
I am neither Greek nor Turk, but I can understand all the similarities because I am a former Turkish citizen ( I am a Chaldean - Christian too - born in Mardin, and now I am in Germany).

Irmak
If I love him, why not?

Qu'est ce que tu pense?
Of course, why not? If a man is that nice he's only human right? So I don't see any problem with it.

Oh yeah, I've seen the Greek-Turk hookups a lot lately too. I guess you really can't stop love from blooming if it's that real.

Yes, Ipek K, it was very cheesy!!! lol. Nevertheless, I have to admit that I'm agree with that quote as well. It's totally true.

Totally Blunt
Why not? This isn't the cold war era between Turkey and Greece after all.

If you want really really honest opinions, you should ask us if we would want our sons and daughters to fall in love with a Greek person. The reason being, it is easier to "sacrifice" ourselves than our children.

greetings_losers
First of all i wont marry for another ten years. When the time comes tho, I think it's gonna be with a Slavic girl, donno to who yet. And well what we call Greeks are the moustacheless version of Turks :P. So well if i wanted to marry to a Turk I would as well do it with a Greek. Btw ban religion from the planet earth

♥Lil'☆(Sina's sister)
don't believe in love amongst ppl from 2 different religions. i would not go for a christian greek boy. good muslim he should be
