How can I forget that delicious tea:) As it is known, tea is the most important and the most drunk beverage in Turkey. Especially, Turk families soak the tea after having dinner. They care about its consistency and try to drink it in a way named "tavşan kanı çay" in Turkish.

I have some in my cupboard. We've liked it for a few years now, we prefer the apple variety, and got a nice set of glasses when we were in Turkey last month. You can get it in Waitrose so we manage to keep in good supply!

RAY
Apple tea ?

Had that a lot when I was in Turkey... different.... nice for a change and quite refreshing, but not something I was in a hurry to bring back a box of.

Too much of a 'builders tea' type I suppose..... probably my loss.

Hi have been to Turkey twice and every day i had atleast one cup of tea.It comes in quite a few fruit flavours and is served either cold or hot.I must say i much prefered it cold, its very refreshing but as with most things its down to your own preference. If you go to Turkey you should try it ,its very inexpensive and well worth a try.

Our local market has a stall which sells specialist coffees and teas, and they sell apple tea. It is also available in lots of health food shops. (UK)

Everyday at least once, especially after dinner.
