I'm from the US, but have also lived in Scotland, Sweden and currently Norway. I've travelled most of western Europe.
You can save money by staying in hostels or bed and breakfasts/guest houses. A single bed in one of these usually costs $20-35 per night. If you're feeling adventurous, you could try couchsurfing, which is free. You stay with local hosts who open their house to travellers.

I've been to Indonesia, the Netherlands and Mexico. I have family in the Netherlands, Indonesia, Germany, Thailand and Mexico. My daughter and family are in Mexico for a year. She's a nurse in an American school and he teaches English. I'm a little bit nervous about them being there, but I will just have to trust that God is watching over them. Thanks. :) |
