I haven't been there yet but I really want to. At the school I went to for my undergrad there was a Turkish restaurant on campus run by some men from Turkey and they had the best food. They were actually the only place that did well on campus. Everyone loved them!

I visited Istanbul and Bursa last year and tasted many different Turkish cuisines. I don't remember the name on every different cuisine I tasted, but I loved them all. I do remember bΓΆrek, kΓΆfte, dolma and of course kebap. Wish I was there to taste them again!
