No. Saudis are so disrespectful to history that I don't want to see it as a historical place, either. Remember how they pulled down the old castle built to protect Kabe and how they erected a luxury hotel in its place?

After doing research this past year, I was able to calculate the revenue the Saudi government raked in during each Hajj.
Needless to say... I would get more satisfaction paying for someone that desires to go for their faith, than for my own. I see no reason to give the Saudi government finances they would rather pocket than use for the poor of the world. |

No, last week I thought about driving there, but it was like 600km from riyadh! And there was a certain chance that they would not let me in so I gave up. Maybe next time :P |
