No. Saudis are so disrespectful to history that I don't want to see it as a historical place, either. Remember how they pulled down the old castle built to protect Kabe and how they erected a luxury hotel in its place?

Sorry, they are all in for the money. They don't respect their own history and their own religion.

After doing research this past year, I was able to calculate the revenue the Saudi government raked in during each Hajj.

Needless to say... I would get more satisfaction paying for someone that desires to go for their faith, than for my own. I see no reason to give the Saudi government finances they would rather pocket than use for the poor of the world.

istanbul bogazi in the Queendom
No and this may sound a little bit harsh but i will never go there. Their logic makes me sick. Their way of taking the religion makes me sick.
Blunt: i totally agree with you.

ithinkiatetoomuch
they don't let infidels in. :) Which is fine cause the world has many places I'd like to go.

how do you think they check to see is a Pilgrim is Muslim or not?

Do you want to go?

Nope but I would like to go there out of religious reasons. As a tourist to go and see? No thanks. It's too hot and I am not particularly fond of Saudis.
