Never .

You cannot see the future because it has not yet happened, if you can then it is already predetermined, removing your free will and taking away all the fun of life. When i was in Turkey Anna's friend couple of times tried to read my fortune from a cup of turkish coffee It was preety funny . However fortune telling is still popular around the world.
In Japan the morning news is not complete without the daily horoscopes, including a “lucky menu” food item that you should eat that day. There are a few famous fortune tellers on TV, some of whom enjoy the status of respectable experts on life. In many shrines, temples and souvenir shops, amulets are sold that are supposed to bring luck, safety or good fortune. There are amulets for money, health, love, success on exams, safety on the streets, etc. Small pieces of paper (omikuji) that predict your future are also available. These pieces of paper are tied around the branch of a tree after reading; either to make the good fortune come true or to avoid the predicted bad fortune.

I don't see the scientific evidence in fortune-telling. they are just for amusement so enjoy.

I'd be scared to hell!!!!!!

I had my coffee reading last month, and the woman was schockingly correct in her reading. She was like "Your ex bf's name is ...." I was like "Wtf! How do you know"

I'm planning to go back to her place soon. Maybe this time, she can say the name of my future bf :P

Two times. But i didn't go to them they came to me.

One of them was in Beşiktaş, when i was an intern at a shipbroker company 5-6 years ago. I was out for lunch and there was this gypsy woman (roman teyze). After she insisted for 30 mins i said ok,just look and go. And she told: "You are going to be a doctor" hahaha. I thought,ok, she might have seen my academic career, doesn't have to be a surgeon or something.

And the second one was one of my friends mother, after drinking coffee. And most of the things she said was true.

I've never paid anybody to tell my fortune. Coz I don't believe it.

But sometimes my friends and my mother try to tell the fortune from Turkish coffee cups, I enjoy listening them but I always forget what they said:)

I went couple of times. Just for the heck of it. The first one told me things that happened. Who knows why. The other one in November told me things that happened also. I'm still waiting for last thing, she said it'll be later this year.

I often go to fortune tellers just to annoy them. I tell them that everything they've guessed about me is wrong, even if they're right.

No. Not because I find it silly (I mean I do, but *I don't*:) ) or not because I don't want to waste my money. It's because I don't know anyone who can take me to a fortune teller ;p

istanbul bogazi
