Yes you can. You are better off contacting the embassy for confirmation - they know their entry requirements better than the general public. |

Most airlines or ferry companies wont take minors travelling alone, that means anyone under 18, some will take a 16 year old, but thats about the limit. |

umm you can travel anywhere in the entire world with "just a passport". Well, need tickets etc... Some airlines won't let people under sixteen travel without parents permission. |

Why don't you contact the ferry or airline to find out what the story is.
I imagine that this is frustrating for you, but there is a very good reason for such restrictions with regard to minors travelling alone - children alone in airports have been approached by dodgy characters and offered sweets ... right? You get what I mean? It's for their, and your, safety.
However, I'm guessing that your parents are refusing to sign the necessary documentation ... rather than getting all angry and upset about this, keep calm and keep talking to them about it.
If they don't know who it is you want to visit, then I can't blame them for being careful on your behalf. |

yes you can however you may need proof of where you will be staying when you arrive. i know you say you are not running away that is good to hear but remember 15 is still young to travel alone it may be better to take some friends with you, good luck and happy travelling |

Depends where u want to go. If you are under 18, some countries require signed parental permission. Again, depending on the country, u might need to apply to the embassy for a visa. Good luck, travel safely |
