Holiday abroad apart from spain?

i want take my daughter (18) ON A ONE WEEK holiday as she has worked so hard on her A levels, it is my treat but we dont know where to go , it has to be hot and the hotel has got to have AIR CONDITIONING and be close to a beach , no clubbing though as we are just out to get a tan and mybe some scuba diving or beach activities! any suggestions would be geatly appreciated, the reason I dont say spain is because we have been there about 5 times. i would love EGYPT but am turned off as my daughter was born in the USA and we were told not to go there because of problems. by the way i have an Irish passport and do know there is no problems with that.

South france is a beatifull place, italy is a nice place aswell.

But what about trying places like bulgaria, romania and such? its warm and really cheap, its where quite alot europeans are going these years as france, italy and spain gets a bit borring, and way too crowed.

Sunny beach bulgaria is a very great place, i whent there for a week whit 8 freinds last year, (im 19). I know you said no clubbing, but trust me. you daughter would have a really good time there. extremely cheap alcohol, beatifull people on the beach, awesome weather and the best clubs i ever been in. Indoor swimming pool in club, thats a must go.

How about Greece? Some of the quiet parts of the islands. You could also try Croatia or Canaries. If you can afford to go further afield, try out Florida. I would also suggest places like Tunisia and Morocco if they are safe with your USA born daughter. Malta is another option or even France. Portugal.

Morrocco I think. Marakech and Casblanca have some nice beaches you may want to consider.

Maderia would be nice for you its lovely during the day but if your in the Savoy or Reids its best to have your nights in the hotel but if you go to the casino black tie and gowns. Funchal is quite pleasant

i would go in the south of italy in place like salento...you can find beaches with white sands as well as rocks a very stunning coast line and lots of cultural events...plenty of tan there!

I've just got back from Tunisia, Before we left we heard lots of stories about the the way women can sometimes be treated there, so we were on our guard. But the people were amazingly friendly. The beaches are beautiful. Food was good, lots of things to do. Amazing trips and sights to see. I enjoyed bartering in the markets for things to buy. but if you find it too much there are also fixed price shops with no hustle. You do have to fill out an immigration card before you enter the country, but it's very straight forward, you just have to state your purpose for entering the country,
