How about Albanians of Fyrom, are they Macedonian or what?

nakis
yes they are macedonians because they lived in geographical part of macedonia. they are albanians from macedonia as one can be albanian from Tirane. we must understand that macedonia is one geographical part of Balkans. as thessaly as thrace where lived many nations there are greekmacedonians, albanianmacedonians, bulgarianmacedonians and slavesmacedonians! there is not macedonian nation but many nations who lived in macedonia. also there is not macedonian civilization but greekmacedonian civilization, slavemacedonian civilization. so yes they are macedonians because they live in macedonia but they are Albanians.

Theofano
If they take the Mac DNA Test and prove themselves authentic descendants of Aleksandar, they too can be of course.

Oh, enough already!
Let's see now where we can vacation next and where is the best water to swim, how's that for a change?
Hurry up and tell us, the summer is almost over!
Let's not waste another minute of our precious time :)

Well,
I hardly know anything about when Albanians came to this region, but since there are people that are coming from Ancient Macedonians, whereas they speak a slavic language and were completely slavized...
It wouldn't be paranoiac to assume that Albanians from the same territory have the same roots. Maybe...

But, what I really want to state, is that, according to glossology, language is the most time resistant element!
It takes many centuries for a whole population to adopt a new language and it happens gradually.
I mean,it is anyway impossible for the ancient Macedonians to leave their own language and adopt Greek language in 50 years or a century, according to glossology and to history.

EXAMPLE: A pontic dialect that is called Karamanlidika, the dialect of Greeks from Kappadokia, in the deep Asia Minor! This dialect is mostly pontian greek words mixt with turkish words and it was written in Greek.
Many objects have come to us with inscriptions in this dialect. Kappadokia wasn't Byzantine from about 1100 and earlier maybe.
Google search about this and you'll see.

You would die, honeys, to become Macedonians! Not even with 10 plastic surgeries. Hm mm.

Why not? If the Slavs are, why not Albanians as well? As long as they have plastic surgery and dye their hair blonde in order to meet the standards of the Macedonian beauty.

Macedonian Phalanx, why do you get upset? It is an interesting question. If you are Macedonians, pure descendants of Alexander, do you also consider the Albanians who live in your country as such? BTW, Albanians are an ancient people, they've been around much earlier than the Slavs.

Oh, and your lack of hospitality show that you have NOTHING in common with ancient Macedonians, who believed in respecting guests.

Constantine Palaiologos
Aren't they Macedolbanias?

Alexios Komninos
Albanians of Fyrom are consciously Albanian, because they don't deny their ethnic roots, and their language and customs.
Fyromians are just Bulgarians who deny their ancestors, their language, their history, just to feel GREAT by stealing other nations' history, by distorting the truth, and by being fed, instead by real bread with fairy tales and glorious promenades on the clouds...
Which will turn to a storm whenever Albanians decide to make a new Kossovo out of their brand new "Macedonian State"....
Just wait....it won't take long....

Anna Komnini
No.

Macedonians are something special.
Not anyone can be
But these also, they want desperately to be.Like everyone.
They all want to be so special
