No, it's not legal under any European law. It's illegal under every single European country's law, as many of our law codes are based on Christian beliefs.
And the rate of prevalence is actually lower than in the United States... |

Number one: Europe is not a country.
Each European country has it's own legislation. I have never ever heard that sexual relationship between sibblings are legal or common in any European country. Marriage and sex between cousins could be legal , it depends on what country you are referring to. |

that situation mostly in the poor country - and not the modern country - which is people have a manner and understand which weird and not weird, which not normal and normal and Europe is soooooooooooo big so you have to be very specifics which country in Europe allow that behaviour. |
