Passports usually run about $4.00 to $7.00. Depends on where you live I guess. Walgreens does it and reasonable.

It's about $90.00, or you can go into the www.usps.com and read about it.
Remember to check the rules for going into a foreign country as you may need a visa... China for example requires that you apply for and receive a Visa before entering the country.

For some reason, I'm thinking this question is from Europe. Stock answer for everywhere is contact the government office responsible for issuing passports. You can probably reach them on the web from their home page. In Canada, it's in the area of $80.
