There are a lot of mixed people here, in Russia. Usually it means Russian+Asian. So people are used to it and don't pay real attention. But your "case" is a bit different, cause there are not so many Africans and I'm not sure if there are any Native Americans. People don't a lot about Indians, mostly what is said in movies, but I',m sure they'd ask many questions, some of them you can find stupid. But that's not offence, just curiousity. Be prepared.
But in some sence, an attitude towards you can be even better then towards a White American, cause the Soviet propaganda pictured them as a nation opressed by whites.
As to your hair and tattoos. Long hair in Russia is a sign of feminity, a lot of girls wear them (not so long as yours though - when I was in school my own hair was waist lenth). I don't think it'll be a problem, but people may look at your - such long hair is always unusuall.
Some young (and not so) people wear tattoos, recently there was a fashion on them, but you can get a few "dirty" looks from older men and women, because it was indecently (not now) in their time.

Mixed people are viewed as representatives of the race that dominates their phenotype. That is almost never the white race, so you will probably be viewed as an exotic sort of Asian. It doesn't matter very much what kind of tattoos you have in this regard, since most people won't be able to tell an African tattoo from a Native American one.

Native Americans in general are rather well-liked since they were an important instrument of anti-American propaganda during the Cold War, and books and films depicting them thoroughly positively were very popular and wide-spread. One can safely say that it's one of the least disliked non-white groups in Russia. The problem is, people will understand that you're Native American only if you openly tell them so.

as far as i am concerned, mixed race girls often look beautiful. from what you described i say you look very exotic and I would be actually interested in seeing your photo, because i am actually very intrigued by the description.

on a more serious note, i would think that probably the only negative thing about you from the standpoint of a russian person is tattoos, as in russia tattoos are strongly associated with the prison sub culture. as soon as people realize that you are an american you will be largely viewed as such rather then an indian-black-white. i think that americans are generally viewed positively. finally, since you are a woman i do not think that you can possibly face any problems in russia. given your exotic look, however, i do suggest you to carry your passport with you all the time (the latter is for the police, as they are authorized to check IDs even if they do not have any apparent reason to do so).

Look do not worry. Keep to big cities like Moscow, St. Petersburg etc. Just there are some russian skinheads (like answerer #2) who do not tolerate any non-whites. There are russian nationalists who are so proud and f**king retarted that they hate even their own neighbors, the Ukrainians who are really close to them. Anyway, keep away from the retards who still live in the 19/20th century and you are safe. If you have good looks, guys will be dying to get to know you. I am a Ukrainian college student (Russia and Ukraine are very similar), and I'll tell you, among civilised people, rixed races are normal and very toleratable if you act civilised. And there are morons who might hurt you. The morons tend to be of the working class and live in inustrial zones and smaller cities. So keep to the heavily populated areas (but if you see bald guys in leather jackets, look for the police) and you will be fine. Enjoy your visit. All the best wishes!

If you're looking more like an Indian than an African person,it might be very interesting for Russians.I think It would be very unusual to meet a girl like you in a Moscow street.
As for tri-racial people well you can meet them not too often here.Most of mixed people are Russian+Tatar or Russian+Caucasian and as for American Indians, they are looking very exotic in Russia.

the russians are very open about these things while they are out of russia. but inside their homeland the story is different. if y u going to a metropolitan city like moscow , there is no proble, but go the smaller cities and u would know the difference yourself.. these things are more expeienced then asked.
re your comments that race does not matter and white is not the ultimate race, ask a white about it. you will get the correct reply. if the whites dont think of themselves as the unltimates race why do they call indians brown and africans black and fra east asians yellow, that too sarcastically. why are young white people in USA attak Indians. what u are asking is a very very contraversial question and there are no instant replies to this. white is whte, brown is brown, yellow is yellow and the indian american a native, but not a full fledged american.

Different people have dufferent attitude to people who look unusually to them. Moscow now is overfulled with people who come there to find job and better living for themselver and thier people. So native people from Moscow are irritated with great amount of foreing people - asian and southern-looking - and not welcome them much (mildly speaking). There are also nationalists organizations who despise other nations and are agressive to newcomers from other countries. Hard to say if the situation in Russia is much worser ythan in other European countries - everywhere there are conservative people who doesn't accept new things and new people. Plus language barrier... But if you plan to visit Russia as a tourist not for a long time in the company of friends visiting museums and famous places, going out to elite clubs and restuarants you will be taken with curiosity like exotic subject. Concerning your indian orin - it makes you more exotic!Good luck!

And they see America---a once proud White nation---becoming a Third World cesspool which functions more and more like the Soviet Union. They do not want to become another America.
Of course, one day, not too long from now, thanks to all the overreaching of the non-Whites since the 1960s, the Whites WILL stand up for themselves and boot all others from their lands. Expect this throughout Europe, Australia, Canada, and even in America (or part of it, like in the former Yugoslavia). Every people needs their own land and own government. It doesn't matter if it is "politically incorrect" (another Soviet-like phrase Americans inherited from the Jews), because it is true.
