Anlarm, Cyprus is not in Greece but if yahoo doesn't have a Cyprus section then the questions will be asked in the greek section........Cyprus has nothing to do with Turkey, only Turkish Cypriots have, so we won't label all Cypriots "Turks", and the whole Cyprus "Turkish"...
I think people that ask about Cyprus are referring to the free part....not many t/c live there

Cyprus is a constant 2 hours ahead of the UK.
This is the same all year as the change to summertime etc is carried out in synchronism. At 2 am in UK and 4 am in Cyprus.
This is very handy if you travel between the two countries since you are always sure of the time difference.

Cyprus is GMT+2 (now 3 because it's summer).

p.s. Could someone please post a Cyprus question under Turkey for a change? Why does everyone ask Cyprus questions here? Cyprus is not Greece. It's another country where Greek and Turkish Cypriots live.
