No, Portugal was not the last country in western Europe to be developed, greece was.

No, Portugal is not developed because Plan Marshall and UE helped:

1 - the Plan Marshall only helped countries that fight at World War II, and if you weren´t so ignorant you would know this one.

1. Development is relative. I used to lead a better life than I do right now.
2. Portugal never got the Marshall Plan. Being a member of the EU, it was helped by the community just like every other country.
3. Brazil, with all its social problems, is a well developed country. Portugal wouldn't be anything like Brasil. And if we still had the overseas provinces we'd certainly be far better off than Fyrom, whatever that thing is, and better than we are right now.
