Well, since I live in Australia I am still waiting for summer. But if you want to know about last summer then I did the same thing as the rest of the year ... work!

It sucked. I took care of a sick relative the whole time. I guess it wasn't fun for them either though.. and I wasn't the one who was sick.

I'm from Ireland and I went to live and work in Chicago for the summer. It was a great experience - I met lots of cool people and had the most fun ever! I'm home now though :(

Rainy Days

i went to gatlinburg tn,and i visited my mom in alabama

lets see...last day of school was june 25, i was there till after 8 cause the band went to graduation. marching band rehersals throughout the summer, band camp last week, 2 weeks of church camp (not boring at all, it's totally awesome), was supposed to go to cancun but didn't have the money for airfare, learned who my real friends were and hung out with them a lot, went white water rafting, LOTS of guy problems (walked 3 miles to talk to a guy and he wouldn't even see me, saw him in school during band camp when we were changing our schedules and he said hi but not much else), got 3 schedules for school cause they keep messing them up and the one i have now is still messed up, laughed, cried, yelled, screamed, and had the best summer i've had in years. not to mention one guy who kept trying to make me lose my virginity (he told everyone at his school that i slept with him already, i never would), the second is the one that wouldn't talk to me, we were best friends (i was his best friend who was a girl, he was my best guy friend ever) and were about to get together, and a third who joined marching band and we're gonna definately get hooked up. school starts thursday, i still have to read 3 books, answer 200 vocab questions plus 2 dozen for 2 of the books, and write 2 essays...and outline a few centuries. oh well. i don't want summer to end

I housed a German Exchange student for 3 weeks and we went to Washington DC and i go to Germany next summer! :)

went to Mammoth, CA for 5 days. fishing, sightseeing, dining out, shopping. lots of fun

So-so. I only had two day trips to the ocean, and one day trip up to the camp at the lake. If I could have done more it would have been better. No bugs and not much bad weather this summer.

i wish i could have done more in my summer vacation especially when ts the last one il ever have... im finished with school and going to work.

lets see i went sky diving with a few of my friends
hung out with my friends everyday
party every weekand
go to the movies alot.
and not much else.

It was great and over way too soon.
leaving in the morning, heading back to the states for another year or two before we are able to retire over here in Hungary.
i really hate to leave, i will miss it here.
