It's the Greek form of Phoebus. In our alphabet it becomes Phoibos. I'm not sure if it would be pronounced just like Phoebus or slightly differently though.

EDIT: I would pronounce it with a b not a v as fee-bus, and I think most Britons would do the same. The female name Phoebe is popular enough and people pronounce it fee-bee.

Sorry, I'm ashamed to say I don't have a clue as Greek was not one of the languages taught at my school and I did not take it up at a later stage. Hope you don't take offence.

i am on a computer without a mic if i said how to say it you wouldnt be able to hear so its pointless, what language is it and you wouldnt say it in english you would say it in the language that the word originates from. in english you would say wtf
